Can I collect my order from the store? Do you have a store where I can come and browse your products?

Yes, although we are primarily an online store, our Mt Wellington shop is open for shopping and pickup by appointment, and we also offer local delivery. Store location: 5 Panama Rd, Mt Wellington, Auckland 1062

Shop opening hours

We are primarily an online store, but you are welcome to visit our physical location for order pickups or shopping. To schedule a visit, please send an email to hello@plantis.co.nz  indicating your desired time. Once your reservation is confirmed, you can come to the store at the scheduled time.

Delivery

Live plants: 

Some of our live plants can only be delivered to specific areas in Auckland. To find out if a plant can be delivered outside of these areas, please check the plant page.

We offer free shipping for individual orders of live plants over $150 in the local Auckland areas listed above.

We deliver live plants using CourierPost and aramex.

The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email(s) will take you directly to the carrier’s website to track your package.

We deliver non-perishable products nationwide using CourierPost and aramex.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • Courier Shipping: We dispatch orders for live plants every Monday and Tuesday to prevent any potential delays that could occur over the weekend while your order is with the courier. If you place your order by Sunday, it will be dispatched the following week.
  • Auckland Local Delivery: We dispatch orders every weekday. If you would like your delivery on a specific date, please let us know, and we will accommodate your request.
